At Fragrancia Bella, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

🔄 Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
• Due to hygiene and safety standards, used fragrances, opened sprays, oils, and incense products cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect.

🚚 How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us at refund@fragranciabella.com within 30 days of receiving your item.

Include:

• Your order number
• The reason for return
• Photos (if the product is damaged or incorrect)

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 2 business days.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used perfumes, oils, body sprays, and incense
• Items returned after the 30-day window
• Clearance or final sale items (unless defective)
